CSU-120D
RED Stamp’s CSU-120D is the dual-head version of our basic Cigarette Tax Stamping Machine. Having two stamp heads enables the unit to apply multiple stamps to each pack of cigarettes where stamps for city, state, or other municipalities are needed. Because there are two stamp heads, the CSU-120D can be used for two different states without doing paper changes.
All of our Thermal Stamping Units will accommodate most standard carton product sizes up to and including 72’s and 120’s and are capable of extended size ranges for future carton designs. In addition, our stamping units include carton stop assemblies for precise and repeatable placement of stamps, pressurized glue pots, precision controlled flow valves and a flap sensor. Flap sensors determine if the carton is properly opened, preventing carton damage before stamping.
